• 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of academic programs and institutional policies.
• 7. Assist with documentation, application submission, and enrollment formalities.
• 8. Track student progress through CRM oradmissionsoftware.
• 9. Collaborate with the marketing team to organize outreach programs, events, and seminars.
• 10. Meet monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
• 11. Around 100-150 calls a day.
