Job summary

Bptp in Faridabad, Haryana is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure EPF and ESIC documentation is complete and compliant across project sites. You will audit contractor records, verify registrations, and maintain welfare fund documentation in line with labour laws.

Reporting to senior management, you will assist during statutory inspections, prepare required records, counsel contractors on system and procedures, and coordinate timely submissions under the Contract Labour Act, BOCW Act and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EPF procedures and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with ESIC inspections and associated rules.
• Experience in audit and verification of contractor documents.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify EPF documents and compliance records.
• Handle ESIC inspections and document preparations.
• Assist senior team during statutory visits and compile required records.
• Audit contractor documents and report to management.
• Counsel contractors on system, procedures and compliance.

Job description

Job Desription:

• Responsible for checking EPF Documents and sound Knowledge of proceedure.
• Responsible for handling ESIC Inspection and sound Knowledge of proceedure..
• Responsible for assisting senior team members during visits by statutory authorities and preparing the required records and documents as per their instructions.
• Responsible to Audit / scrutinize the Compliance documents submitted by Contractors and report management
• Responsible to Contractor's Counseling in respect of system, procedure & compliance.
• Responsible for Registration Certificate updation / Amendment Under Contract Labour Act & Building & Other Construction Workers Act for respective Projects at the time of deployment of New Contractor
• Counselling to all eligible Contractors / Sub-Contractors to obtain Registration Certificate Under BOCW Act and Labour License
• Responsible for Contract Labours registration as Beneficiaries Under BOCW Act
• Responsible for Engagement activity at Project sites for Labour Welfare in association with Govt. authority
• Responsible for co-ordination to organize camp for Awareness regarding changes in Labour Legislation, labour's welfare at project site under scheme of various labour laws.
• Responsible to ensure Prepare & submission of PE Annual Returns under Labour Laws
• Responsible to Ensure for Contractor's Returns Under The Contract Labour Act, BOCW Act, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages & Maternity Act, Welfare Act etc.
• Responsible for monthly compliance documents Checking & Verification of Contractor's Documents and get Certificate of Compliances from Contractors.
• Responsible to Keep Compliance records on server regarding Contract Labour Act, Payment of wages Act, Minimum wages Act, EPF Act, ESIC Act / WC Act (Fatal / non-fatal Accident), and BOCW Registration / Welfare fund Act wherever applicable. Industrial dispute Act, Notices and records.
• Quarterly Audit of Principle Contractors office, Labour records, all compliances for respective Projects / Time office at project site
• Counseling of on Board Contractor as well as handling grievances of old Contractors / Labours regarding Compliance & Benefits under Labour Laws
