Job summary

Megasoft Solutions India is seeking a compliance lead to manage Labour Law and statutory compliance across sites in Haryana and beyond. You will ensure adherence to CLRA, Minimum Wages, the Factories Act, and related regulations, and oversee statutory registers and returns.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in Labour Law and S&E compliance within manufacturing or multi-site environments, with strong analytical and negotiation skills to coordinate with contractors and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Labour Law and S&E compliance.
• Experience in PE, manufacturing, construction, or multi-site organisations.
• Strong understanding of Labour Law, CLRA, Minimum Wages, and related acts.
• Proficiency in maintaining statutory records.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including contractors and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% compliance with Labour Laws and related acts.
• Maintain and update statutory registers, returns, and records.
• Ensure timely remittance and submission of contributions and reports to authorities.
• Conduct regular safety and compliance audits across sites.
• Circulate amendments and notifications to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor amendments in labour laws and wage revisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% compliance with applicable Labour Laws, Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Acts, ESI Act, PF Act, PT & LWF Act and other relevant legislations.


• Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and returns related to S&E and Labour Law compliance.


• Ensure timely remittance and submission of contributions, returns, and reports to authorities (PF, ESIC, Labour, Factory Inspectorate, etc.).


• Conduct regular safety and compliance audits across sites, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.


• Stay updated on amendments in Labour Laws, wage revisions, and compliance standards; circulate timely notifications to relevant stakeholders..

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Labour Law compliance, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Factories Act, Shops & Establishment regulations.


• Working knowledge of central and state-specific statutory requirements.


• Proficiency in maintaining statutory records
