Foundever in Chennai is hiring for Technical Support with 1–2 years of experience and excellent communication skills. The role is office-based at Ramanujan IT City, Taramani, Chennai, with fixed Saturday/Sunday off. Night shifts are required, 5 days a week.

We are hiring for Technical support (only experienced from technical support with good communication skills)

Exp - 1 to 2yrs Salary - 32k take home fixed(Not Negotiable)

Exp - 2 yrs and above Salary - 42 k take home fixed (Not Negotiable)

Should be flexible to night shifts(no day shifts)

5 days working a week and 2 days week off Fixed week offs on Saturday and Sunday

Free two way cab provided(*25 km radius)

Key responsibilities

• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving QoS (Quality of Service) issues, including escalations to third parties.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs with the ability to understand and troubleshoot issues with cloud solutions.
• skiled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues, with an understanding of TCP/UDP, and basics of SSL/TLS.
