Hiresquad is seeking an L2 Support Engineer in Chennai to handle hardware and software troubleshooting for international customers. The role requires 3+ years of experience, with immediate joiner availability and a rotational 5-day work week.
You will coordinate with L3/vendor teams and manage cases end-to-end ensuring professional ticket updates. The ideal candidate will have strong networking, Linux, DNS & DHCP skills and excellent communication.
