Job summary

Foundever in Ramanujam IT city, Taramani, Chennai is seeking experienced technical support professionals with strong communication skills. Roles include night shifts, fixed week offs on Sat/Sun, two-way cab within 25 km, and office-based work location. Immediate joiners only.

Two salary bands: 32k take-home for 1–2 years experience and 42k take-home for 2+ years, non-negotiable. Only candidates comfortable with night shifts and fixed schedule should apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support with good communication skills.
• Able to troubleshoot QoS issues and escalate when needed.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Address customer concerns in a friendly, empathetic way; treat problems as your own.
• Make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot QoS issues and escalate to third parties as needed.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and understand TCP/UDP basics; include SSL/TLS fundamentals.

We are hiring for Technical support (only experienced from technical support with good communication skills)

Exp - 1 to 2yrs Salary - 32k take home fixed(Not Negotiable)

Exp - 2 yrs and above Salary - 42 k take home fixed (Not Negotiable)

Should be flexible to night shifts(no day shifts)

5 days working a week and 2 days week off Fixed week offs on Saturday and Sunday

Free two way cab provided(*25 km radius)

Work from office only.

Key responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs with the ability to understand and troubleshoot issues with cloud solutions.
