Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 38 years of experience in building construction or real estate projects.
• Knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all finishing works across painting, flooring, tiling, ceilings, joinery, doors/windows.
• Ensure works are as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Ensure safety compliance and company policies.
• Track progress and report to project managers.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure timely completion within budget.
