Job summary

Hiresome is seeking an experienced Site Executive – Finishing to supervise and manage finishing activities at the project site. The candidate should bring hands-on experience in residential/commercial construction and strong knowledge of finishing works.

The role requires coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams, monitoring flooring, plastering, painting, tiling, waterproofing, doors/windows, false ceilings, and other finishing works to meet quality standards,

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in Site Execution / Finishing.
• Strong hands-on experience specifically in finishing works.
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, finishing materials, and site execution.
• Strong coordination and contractor management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage finishing activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor finishing works: flooring, plastering, painting, tiling, waterproofing, doors/windows, false ceiling.
• Ensure work is completed per quality standards, drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve quality issues.
• Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Design, and Project teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site updates.
• Ensure proper safety practices at the site.
• Coordinate for snagging, rectification, and final finishing before handover.
