Job summary

Induspect (I) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Finishing Engineer for residential projects in Jamnagar. You will supervise finishing works across plastering, flooring, tiling, marble/granite, waterproofing, ceilings, painting, doors and joinery, ensuring quality and timely completion.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in housing high-rise or township projects, with strong reading of drawings and good coordination with teams. Safety and quality compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
• 5–10 years of experience in finishing works for residential high-rise or township projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, marble/granite work, waterproofing, false ceiling, painting, doors, windows, joinery, and final fixtures.
• Ensure finishing works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues.
• Prepare daily work plans and monitor progress to achieve project milestones.
• Conduct inspections and ensure timely closure of snag lists and punch points.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and quality checklists.
• Coordinate handover activities and ensure apartments are ready for possession.

Job Purpose

• To supervise and execute all finishing works in residential buildings, ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely completion, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, marble/granite work, waterproofing, false ceiling, painting, doors, windows, joinery, and final fixtures.
• Ensure all finishing works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Qualifications
