Job summary

Prolific Hr Consultants is seeking a Finishing Supervisor to oversee all finishing activities at the Pune construction site. You will supervise painting, flooring, ceilings, joinery, doors/windows and plumbing/electrical finishing, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs, and timelines.

You will coordinate with contractors and engineers, conduct quality checks, manage materials, enforce safety, and report progress to project managers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 38 years of experience in building construction or real estate projects.
• Knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise finishing works including painting, flooring, tiling, ceilings, joinery, doors/windows, plumbing and electrical finishing.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Track project progress and report status to project managers.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure timely completion of finishing works within budget.
