Job summary

Royal Land Developers is seeking a Finishing Foreman to supervise finishing works for high-rise residential projects at Kelambakkam/Padur. The role involves coordinating with Civil, MEP and other on-site teams to ensure adherence to drawings and quality standards.

You will oversee flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, putty, false ceiling and masonry tasks, while managing labour productivity and material usage to achieve timely completion.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma required with relevant qualification.
• 5-10 years of experience in finishing works.
• Experience in high-rise residential/apartment projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of finishing materials, methods and site coordination.
