Job summary

Cohizon Life Sciences in Navi Mumbai is seeking an Executive- Stores to manage day-to-day stores operations, including receipt, storage, inventory control, and issue of raw materials, packing materials and consumables, with strict adherence to safety and company procedures.

The role requires coordinating with Purchase, Production, QA/QC and other departments, maintaining GRN and stock records, conducting stock verification, and supporting ERP/SAP transactions related to stores and inventory.

Qualifications

• B.Sc., or MSc. in Chemistry, Diploma in Supply Chain, Stores, or relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and housekeeping of materials.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain GRN, material issue/return, and other stores-related documentation.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA/QC, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements, and applicable statutory guidelines.
• Support ERP/SAP transactions related to stores and inventory.
