Hetero in Hyderabad is seeking a Payroll Operations Executive to manage end-to-end payroll using Darwinbox HRMS. You will maintain employee master data, attendance, and compensation records while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will validate inputs, handle reimbursements and deductions, and generate salary registers and MIS reports for monthly processing. Strong Excel skills and clear communication are essential for efficient payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Darwinbox HRMS payroll module.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately using Darwinbox HRMS.
• Maintain employee master data, attendance, leave, and compensation records.
