Job summary

AU Small Finance Bank is seeking a Technical Analyst to own and optimize the Darwinbox HRMS across HR processes. You will coordinate between HR, business teams, and Darwinbox to implement configurations and ensure accurate data.

Responsibilities include leading UAT, managing access, building workflows with Darwinbox Studio, and driving integrations with Payroll, ERP, SSO/IDAM, biometrics. Strong communication and Python skills are valued.

• Manage user access, roles, audits, and system administration tasks.
• Coordinate with Darwinbox AMS team for issue resolution and enhancements.

Technical Analyst - Darwinbox

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end functional ownership, configuration, support, and enhancement of Darwinbox HRMS across HR processes. Acts as the primary expert between HR, business teams, and Darwinbox.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Darwinbox modules (Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Payroll Interface, Helpdesk, PMS, Timesheet, Onboarding/Offboarding).
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, configurations, and workflows.
• Lead UAT, resolve defects, and ensure smooth production rollout.
• Manage user access, roles, audits, and system administration tasks.
• Coordinate with Darwinbox AMS team for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Drive integrations with Payroll, ERP, SSO/IDAM, biometrics, and other HR systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process documentation.
• Manage end-to-end Identity & Access Management processes across multiple applications.
• Handle Darwinbox HRMS modules including Timesheet, Leave Bank, Payroll support, and Alumni Portal.
• Build, configure, and maintain workflows using Darwinbox Studio (Forms, Automation, Validations, Rule Engine, Integrations).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for issue resolution and project delivery.
• Drive compliance tasks and ensure timely completion of regulatory and audit requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, process notes, UAT scenarios, and support production deployments.
• Analyze operational issues, recommend solutions, and ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes
