Job summary

Invoicemart is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle for Non-IT roles across Sales, Operations, Credit, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, Collections and Support. You will partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and timelines, and source candidates through portals, referrals, and agencies.

Screening, HR interviews, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding and maintaining dashboards will be core.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles including Sales, Operations, Credit, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, Collections, and Support functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media channels, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews to assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and internal SLAs.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
• Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts in collaboration with business leaders.
