Job Description

As a Vendor - Thane, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for our Thane office. This includes developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best talent to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for the Thane region.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the company.
• Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications to ensure a good fit for the role and company culture.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and utilizing various recruitment channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on the recruitment process.
• Conduct initial screening calls and in-person interviews, assessing candidates' suitability and potential.
• Prepare and present hiring recommendations to the hiring managers, providing detailed feedback and insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, fostering a professional and friendly environment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of the recruitment process, including candidate profiles and interview notes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging talent pools to identify potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing techniques and interview techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms for candidate sourcing and management.
• Analytical skills to evaluate candidates' profiles and make data-driven hiring decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and overcoming recruitment challenges.
• Familiarity with the local job market and talent pool in Thane is an advantage.
