Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and closure. Proven ability to manage volume hiring mandates while maintaining quality and adherence to hiring timelines. Skilled in building and managing a healthy source mix against hiring KPIs through self-sourcing and multiple recruitment channels. Hands-on experience in offer generation, compensation negotiation, and recruitment process coordination with accuracy and speed. Working knowledge of Excel and strong technical understanding of role-specific skill sets to support effective talent assessment.
