The candidate should demonstrate strong expertise in facade systems, project execution, team leadership, quality control, and managing large-scale construction projects. This role requires close coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Facade Works experience for high-rise or skyscraper projects.
• Strong expertise in facade fabrication and installation.
• Knowledge of unitized/semi-unitized glazing; glazing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, fabrication, manufacturing, and installation of facade systems.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.
• Lead site, fabrication, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality compliance.
• Manage procurement of facade materials and vendors.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Resolve technical, design, and construction issues.
• Ensure proper project documentation and record-keeping.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Facade Works for High-Rise / Skyscraper Projects.
  
• Expertise in Facade Fabrication and Installation.
  
• Knowledge of Unitized and Semi-Unitized Glazing.
  
• Experience in Structural Glazing, ACP Cladding, and Stone Cladding.
  
• Knowledge of CNC Laser Cutting Machines, CNC Bending Machines, LGF Cutting Machines, Copy Routers, and Milling Machines.
  
• Experience with facade design software and project management tools.
  
• Knowledge of BIM and international facade/building standards will be preferred.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and quality management skills.
