The candidate should have extensive experience in unitized glazing, structural glazing, and related materials, with strong QA/QC and procurement skills. A B.E./B.Tech in civil engineering is required, with 15+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Facade Works for High-Rise / Skyscraper Projects.
• Expertise in Facade Fabrication and Installation.
• Knowledge of Unitized and Semi-Unitized Glazing.
• Experience in Structural Glazing, ACP Cladding, and Stone Cladding.
• Knowledge of BIM and international facade/building standards will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and quality management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, fabrication, manufacturing, and installation of facade systems.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead and manage site, fabrication, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
