K. Raheja Corp in Pune (Kharadi) seeks a Job Description Manager – Faade to lead planning, coordination, execution, and quality control of faade works for commercial IT Park projects.

You will ensure timely delivery, safety, and compliance with project specifications. The role requires 8–12 years of faade execution experience on Grade-A offices or large-scale developments, with strong expertise in curtain wall and glazing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in faade execution.
• Experience in commercial buildings, IT Parks, Grade-A office projects, high-rise, or large-scale developments preferred.
• Strong experience in curtain wall and glazing systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end faade execution for commercial IT Park projects.
• Coordinate with architects, faade consultants, structural consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Review faade drawings, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and material submittals.
• Supervise installation of curtain wall, glazing, aluminium systems, ACP/cladding, louvers, skylights, canopies, and related faade systems.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, material availability, quality, and execution timelines.
• Ensure faade works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate faade mock-ups, testing, inspections, and performance requirements including water and air infiltration testing.
• Manage faade contractors and vendors and ensure timely resolution of technical and site-related issues.
• Monitor measurements, variations, material consumption, and support cost control.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate snagging, rectification, testing, and final handover of faade works.
• Maintain progress reports, inspection records, technical submissions, and project documentation.
