A leading engineering firm in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled individual to supervise facade installation. The role involves managing material delivery and coordinating with architects and engineers for seamless integration of facade systems. Candidates with experience in facade installations and preparation of shop drawings are preferred, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity and safety of facade installations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise facade installation and manage material delivery.
• Coordinate with other trades for integration of facade systems.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Inspect workmanship, ensure adherence to specifications, monitor material quality, and manage snagging lists.
• Act as liaison between architects, consultants and site teams; clarify site instructions; prepare reports.
• Compile data for RA bills and check contractor bills; maintain records and approvals.
• Address technical challenges and implement approved methodologies.

Description du poste

• Supervise day-to-day facade installation, manage material delivery, coordinate with other trades (MEP, Civil) for smooth integration.
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate facade systems seamlessly.
• Inspect workmanship, ensure adherence to specifications (BOQ, drawings, safety), monitor material quality, and manage snagging lists.
• Act as a liaison between architects, consultants and site teams; clarify site instructions; prepare reports (daily, material).
• Compile data for RA bills (Material DC, MIR, MTC), check contractor bills, maintain records, and manage approvals.
• Address technical challenges, identify Non-BOQ items, and implement approved methodologies

Desired Candidate Profile.

• Candidates with relevant experience in facade installation and preparation of shop drawings, capable of ensuring quality, timelines, and proper installation of facade fit-outs, are preferred.
