Job summary

Iquest Management Consultants in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Project Lead to manage façade projects from award to completion on-site in Bengaluru. Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of proven experience in façade project management.
  • Experience in India or GCC preferred.
  • Strong leadership and execution track record.
  • Knowledge of façade systems, installation methodologies, and sequencing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead façade projects from the project award stage through completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project execution plans, schedules, and milestone trackers.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure deliverables align with execution requirements.
  • Allocate resources, define roles, and drive accountability across the project team.
  • Manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to timelines and quality.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Maintain project documentation, including budgets, approvals, and variation records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Project Lead/Senior Project Lead

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Project Lead to manage facade projects from award to completion.
  • This role demands end-to-end project ownership covering project understanding, execution planning, stakeholder coordination, and on-site delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead faade projects from the project award stage through inal completion.
  • Review and interpret project scope, technical speciications, and contractual requirements.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings with internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project execution plans, schedules, and milestone trackers.
  • Decline project sequencing, including detailed site installation planning aligned with overall timelines.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure deliverables align with execution requirements (without design validation).
  • Allocate resources effectively, deine roles, and drive accountability across the project
  • team. Manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation progress, identify issues, and drive timely resolutions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, providing structured updates to management and clients.
  • Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure ¢inancial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, approvals, reports, and variation records.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to enhance performance, ownership, and accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and implementation of lessons learned.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 10-15 years of proven experience in faade project management in India or GCC.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of faade systems, installation methodologies, and sequencing.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
