Job summary

WonderBiz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Thane West is seeking a Hiring Executive/Senior Hiring Executive to manage end-to-end IT recruitment from managers and CEOs, with a focus on leadership hiring for Java, .Net, Angular, Python roles.

The position is 100% on-site. The ideal candidate has 0-5 years experience, is fluent with Word, Excel, PPT, and is comfortable posting JDs, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and meeting daily sourcing targets.

• End to end IT recruitment experience, collaborating with senior leaders.
• Ability to source and shortlist IT profiles (Java, .Net, Angular, Python).
• Experience creating job descriptions with precise requirements.

Responsibilities

• End to end IT recruitment from managers/CEOs for IT roles.
• Lead lateral or leadership hiring for IT profiles like Java/.Net/Angular/Python.
• Prepare, post and optimize JD/Job specs with exact requirements.
• Search and screen CVs via databases, portals and social networks.
• Call, shortlist, and interview best-fit candidates for roles.
• Meet daily sourcing and posting targets; update status in system.
• Promote the company as a great place to work to attract talent.
• Handle emails/inquiries and route to the appropriate authorities.
• Maintain and update the candidate database for hiring needs.

Must-haves/You’re Good At

• End to End Recruitment in IT, Gathering requirements from Managers, CEOs, etc.
• Lateral or Leadership hiring for IT profiles like Java, .Net, Angular, React, Python, etc.
• Prepare and design the Job Description/Job specification, Post JDs by mentioning the exact requirements.
• Searching and Screening of the CVs by using a database, social network, social media, various Job Posting sites, etc.
• Calling, Shortlisting, and Screening the best suitable candidates as per the open position – Right match for the right job.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Meeting daily calling or sourcing target, post job openings on various portals.
• Taking feedback from the Panel after Interviews and updating the status, Maintaining the database.
• Promote the company’s reputation as the best place to work.
• Checking emails, inquiries- replying to them forwarding the same to the concerned authorities.
• Experience working with Word, Excel, PPT, Internet, PDF, etc.
