Smart Interviews is seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our Hyderabad team. The role covers recruitment and day-to-day HR operations, requiring hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring and employee lifecycle management.

You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, manage attendance and HR records, and support onboarding, exits, and payroll inputs. The ideal candidate communicates well and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive with 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end hiring while also handling day-to-day employee operations and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities-

Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interview rounds.
• Manage interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

HR Operations

• Manage employee attendance, leave, WFH, and related HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee exits, and Full & Final processes.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Support payroll inputs, reimbursements, and other HR administration activities.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are communicated and followed effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR recruitment and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools.
• Should be proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Someone who can independently handle both hiring and day-to-day HR operations, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and work closely with employees and internal stakeholders.
