Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance / Plant Operations.
• Experience in Steel, Metal, Mining, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, or Heavy Machinery Manufacturing industries.
• Strong experience in manpower management, plant operations, maintenance coordination, and safety.
• Experience in a Team Lead / Site In-Charge / Supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant operations, production and dispatch.
• Ensure smooth shift execution and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Oversee manpower deployment, attendance, discipline and productivity.
• Implement safety protocols, conduct safety briefings, ensure SOP compliance.
• Monitor machine availability, diesel usage, spare consumption and costs.
• Handle client coordination and periodic operational reviews.
• Validate daily and monthly operational reports before submission to HO.
• Lead onsite teams and ensure smooth plant execution.
