Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in Aluminium/Cast House/Process Industry O&M.
• Proven site leadership experience and team management.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, equipment reliability and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage critical situations and deliver operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall Operations & Maintenance activities at site.
• Ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operations.
• Plan and monitor Preventive & Predictive Maintenance activities.
• Drive plant performance through KPI monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure HAC and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor equipment availability, downtime and maintenance effectiveness.
• Lead RCA, CAPA and Asset Optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Client teams.
• Manage manpower, resources and site-level operational requirements.
• Review reports, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the team to achieve overall O&M KPIs.
