Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for crusher plants, mineral processing plants, quarry operations or cement plants.
• Ensure maximum plant availability through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Drive reliability initiatives including RCFA, RCM, TPM, and Lean Maintenance.
• Manage maintenance of crushers, vibrating screens, conveyors, hydraulic systems, gearboxes, bearings and lubrication.
• Plan and monitor maintenance activities using SAP/ERP/CMMS.
• Manage spare parts planning, budgets, inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance across multiple branch locations and support branch teams.
• Monitor KPIs, audits and collaborate with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.
• Ensure safety standards, SOPs and regulatory compliance.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Plant Maintenance to lead maintenance operations for crusher and mineral processing plants. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and heavy industrial equipment. Experience with a reputed OEM will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for crusher plants, mineral processing plants, quarry operations, or cement plants.
  
• Ensure maximum plant availability through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
  
• Drive reliability improvement initiatives including RCFA, RCM, TPM, and Lean Maintenance.
  
• Manage maintenance of crushers, vibrating screens, conveyors, hydraulic systems, gearboxes, bearings, and lubrication systems.
  
• Implement condition monitoring techniques such as Vibration Analysis and Thermography.
  
• Plan and monitor maintenance activities using SAP/ERP/CMMS.
  
• Manage spare parts planning, maintenance budgets, inventory, and documentation.
  
• Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple branch locations and support branch teams.
  
• Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and collaborate with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.

• OEM experience in mining, crushing, screening, or heavy equipment is preferred.
