Job summary

Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata is seeking a seasoned sales engineer to drive LV/MV drives orders and build relationships with end customers across metals, mining, power, oil, and OEMs.

Requires a BE in Electrical/Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Communications, 5–7 years experience, strong problem-solving, CRM and MS Office proficiency. You will lead order bookings, conduct product seminars, educate EPCs and consultants on the new drive range, and support

Qualifications

• BE required with specialization in Electrical/Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Communication.
• 5–7 years of experience in relevant sales/engineering role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience meeting orders for LV/MV drives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet order bookings for LV/MV drives from Kolkata.
• Develop relationships with end customers in metal, mining, steel, power, oil, and OEMs.
• Develop fixed regular orders through channels and major OEMs.
• Conduct product introduction seminars across industries.
• Educate EPCs and consultants on the new drive range.
• Closely support partners to book orders and secure OEMs.
• Provide industry-specific solutions via value addition.
• Forecasting, channel reviews, OEM applications, and sales target attainment.

• 1. application specific cluster of industry
• 2. Make relation with end customers… like: Metal, Mining, steel, Power, Oil, OEMs etc.
• 3. Developed fixed regular orders through Channels, major OEMS / machinery builders.
• 4. Product introduction seminars have to be conducted in every segment of industries.
• 5. All EPCs and consultants have to be educated with new range of drives
• 7. Closely support the partners to book orders and fix the regular OEMs for them.
• 8. Industry specific solution to be provided by value addition. Highly Result oriented, Self-Motivated
• 9. Forecasting, Channel review, OEM applications, Meeting the sales target as assigned.
