Job summary

Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a production operations professional with 3–5 years of experience and a B.E. or Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Power Electronics.

You will coordinate daily production activities, balance lines, drive Kaizen and Lean initiatives, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain ISO documentation while supporting audits and minimizing downtime.

Qualifications

• B.E. or Diploma in Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Power Electronics required.
• 3–5 years in production operations.
• Basic knowledge of power electronics: rectifier, inverter, IGBT, MOSFET.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities, including manpower allocation, work scheduling, and resource management, to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Conduct line balancing to optimize workflow and minimize production bottlenecks.
• Implement Kaizen principles and CI methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
• Lead cross-functional teams in Kaizen events, Lean projects, and other initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Prepare and execute CAPA plans to address production issues and prevent recurrence of quality problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify underlying causes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain ISO documentation and participate in audits.
• Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.

• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of Kaizen events, Lean projects, and other improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Prepare and execute Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to address production issues and prevent recurrence of quality-related problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of production failures or quality deviations, implementing corrective actions to address them.
• Prepare and maintain ISO documentation, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and industry standards.
• Actively participate in internal and external audits, ensuring preparedness and adherence to regulatory and ISO standards.
• Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting issues and proposing solutions to minimize downtime.
