Job summary

Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in Gujarat invites B.E./Diploma holders in Electronics & Communication, Electrical or Power Electronics to join our production operations.

You will coordinate daily production activities, balance lines, and support continuous improvement initiatives to meet targets and quality standards. This role requires 1–3 years of experience in production operations, with basic knowledge of power electronics.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electrical or Power Electronics.
• 1–3 years of experience in production operations.
• Basic knowledge of power electronics domain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities, including manpower allocation, work scheduling and resource management to meet targets and quality standards.
• Conduct line balancing to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
• Implement Kaizen and CI to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
• Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and Lean projects to enhance productivity and quality.
• Prepare and execute CAPA plans to address issues and prevent recurrence.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for production failures.
• Provide technical support to the production team to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate daily production activities, including manpower allocation, work scheduling, and resource management, to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Conduct line balancing exercises to optimize workflow and minimize production bottlenecks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Implement Kaizen principles and CI methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction in production operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of Kaizen events, Lean projects, and other improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Prepare and execute Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to address production issues and prevent recurrence of quality-related problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of production failures or quality deviations, implementing corrective actions to address them.
• Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting issues and proposing solutions to minimize downtime.
