Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India is seeking a Helpdesk Associate to join our IT Service Desk team. You will provide support for various devices and applications, record and escalate issues, and assist with onboarding activities for end-users.

The role requires proactive communication, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a global team with 24/7 rotational shifts. Work from office is mandatory.
