Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, seeks a Helpdesk Senior Associate-ITSM to join our IT service desk. You will provide L1/L1.5 support, diagnose issues, and guide users through resolutions over phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate is a graduate with strong French language skills (written and spoken), at least B1, and excellent customer handling abilities. Shift is rotational with 24x7 coverage.

• Good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office COTS applications, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/ L1.5 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email Chat.
• Typically, the associate level participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers departments within the Client Infrastructure.
• Good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office COTS applications etc

Requirements

• Must be a Graduate.
• Good hold on French language(Writing + Speaking)
• Must be at least B1 level certified in French language
• Good comprehension writing skills
• Must possess excellent customer handling skills

Should be comfortable to work in rotational shift with 24x7 support window.
