Job summary

Amor Management Consultants in India is seeking a Heat Treatment Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance for Gear & Shaft heat treatment equipment.

You will perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance on CGCF Pusher Type Furnaces, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and basic electrical issues, and monitor carburizing, quenching and cooling processes to ensure high reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Gear & Shaft Heat Treatment Equipment Maintenance.
• Mandatory CGCF Pusher Type Furnace experience.
• Aichelin or reputed furnace OEM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CGCF Pusher Type Furnace and perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
• Monitor furnace heating, carburizing, quenching and cooling systems.
• Analyze breakdowns and downtime; implement RCA and corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure TPM, 5S and safety compliance.
• Drive equipment reliability, OEE and continuous improvement.
