Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of maintenance of NC, CNC grinders, sealed quench furnaces, tempering furnaces and nitrogen plants.
• Experience in shift and manpower control.
• Diploma/degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 5–8 years of experience; knowledge of sealed quench furnaces.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of NC/CNC grinders, sealed quench and tempering furnaces, nitrogen plant and other plant equipment.
• Attend breakdowns, preventive & planned maintenance on NC, CNC grinders, sealed quench furnaces, tempering furnace, nitrogen plant.
• Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults on CNC, PLC, drives and conventional machines.
• Attend basic breakdowns related to pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
• Address problems on instruments, temperature controllers, SAP maintenance module, spares/store management, IATF documentation and CQI9 awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of NC/CNC grinders, Sealed Quench and Tempering Furnaces, Nitrogen Plant, and other plant equipment, ensuring minimum downtime, equipment reliability, and smooth production operations.
• To attend breakdown, Preventive & Planned Maintenance NC, CNC Grinders, Sealed Quench Furnaces, Tempering Furnace, Nitrogen Plant
• To Attend Breakdowns & Diagnoses faults on CNC, PLC, Drives & Conventional machines.
• To Attend Basic breakdowns related to Pneumatic & hydraulic System
