Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience.
• Diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
• Maintain HPDC/die-casting machines, furnaces, trimming presses and utilities.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and improve equipment uptime, MTTR and MTBF.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, checklists and breakdown reports.
• Maintain critical spares and coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
• Support TPM, Kaizen and 5S activities to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Production to minimize machine downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
• Maintain HPDC / die-casting machines, furnaces, trimming presses and utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and improve equipment uptime, MTTR and MTBF.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, checklists and breakdown reports.
