Job summary

Brainhunt Ventures invites applications for a Heat Treatment Supervisor in forging manufacturing. The role focuses on monitoring process parameters, recipes, and daily production output while ensuring strict safety standards in the heat treatment area.

The candidate will drive improvements in heat treatment operations and work within the production and manufacturing domain to support OEM quality and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• UG degrees in mechanical or metallurgical fields as listed in the education section.
• Engineering graduates with relevant heat treatment knowledge are preferred.
• Candidates must meet safety and production reporting expectations as described.

Responsibilities

• Monitor heat treatment process parameters and recipes.
• Ensure safety standards are followed in the heat treatment area.
• Monitor and report daily production output from the heat treatment area.
