Lic in Karnataka is seeking an experienced Heat Treatment professional to prepare production plans, coordinating with PPC and ensuring smooth plant operations.

Responsibilities include recipe selection from SCADA HT batch creation after validation of new products; daily check sheets verification; process-related training for supervisors and operators; Furnace OEE monitoring and reduction of changeover time; monitoring furnace energy and consumables usage.

Qualifications

• Btech Mechanical
• 8-12 years of experience in automotive heat treatment
