Job Overview

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining all electrical and automation systems in the Heat Treatment Shop so that machines run smoothly without breakdowns.

Key Requirements

• Maintain heat treatment furnaces and machine shop equipment.
• Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Work on PLC, HMI, sensors, drives, servo motors, and industrial automation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and automation faults.
• Improve machine uptime and reduce breakdowns.
• Work with Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
• Implement IoT, machine monitoring, SCADA/MES, and predictive maintenance.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for machine failures.
• Maintain spare parts inventory.
• Lead and guide maintenance technicians.
• Follow TPM, 5S, Lean, and EHS safety standards.
• Candidate must have scored at least 60% throughout all academic qualifications.
• Preferred Background: Candidates from gear manufacturing, automotive, or similar engineering industries are preferred.
• Process Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of Hobbing, Shaving, Shaping, Heat Treatment (HT), Grinding, VMC, Gear Grinding, and machine planning/scheduling.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate with PPC, customers, and cross-functional teams.
