Em Hospital is seeking a customer service professional to handle appointment bookings via phone for healthcare services. You will document interactions in the CRM and escalate complex calls to supervisors as needed.

The role requires fluency in English and at least one local language (Tamil, Hindi, or Kannada) and involves rotating shifts starting early morning through late evening.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of voice calling experience.
• Can speak English, Tamil, Hindi and/or Kannada fluently.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and make customer calls to fix appointments for services.
• Enter details into CRM system accurately.
• Escalate difficult calls to the lead when needed.
• Adhere to shift timings: 6:30am–2:30pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm.

Role & responsibilities

The candidate shall

• Receive and make customer calls in a healthcare process and help them in fixing appointments for any of the services required by them.
• Make entries in CRM
• escape any difficult calls to the lead
• willing to work in shift from 6.30 am till 2.30 pm or 2 pm till 10 pm

Preferred candidate profile

• Any of the degrees mentioned
• min 1 year experience in voice calling
• must have fluency in speaking english, tamil, Hindi &/or Kannada
