Job summary

Lead sales & BD for Solar/Hybrid EPC, rooftop, Group Captive, PPA & O&M in Surat. Drive revenue, own the full sales cycle and build CXO relationships with clients. You will lead a team, coordinate with technical/finance teams, and track pipeline and MIS for long-cycle, high-value deals from inquiry to closure.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or MBA/PGDM with 10-15 yrs in sales/BD.
• 5-7 yrs in solar & 5+ yrs leading teams.
• Strong C&I client network, proven record in high-value, long-cycle deals.
