Qualifications

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend machining strategies, tooling packages, cutting parameters, and fixture/workholding concepts for complex components.
• Support machine demonstrations, prove-outs, customer trials, and process optimization activities.
• Prepare process plans, cycle time estimates, and technical application reports.
• Provide technical support to customers and the sales team during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Assist customers in improving productivity, reducing cycle times, and meeting quality requirements.
• Conduct application training and troubleshooting support as required.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Application Engineer to support CNC machining applications with a focus on 5-axis machining technology. The role involves evaluating customer component drawings, developing machining strategies, recommending tooling and fixture concepts, conducting machine trials, and supporting customers in achieving optimum productivity and quality.

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM workflow, machining simulation, and process optimization.
