• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, brokers, consultants, and internal departments (e.g., asset management, marketing, legal, operations).
• Oversee the entire leasing process from initial inquiry to lease execution and tenant onboarding, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and materials to attract prospective tenants.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance market presence and generate leads.
