Job summary

Amb Infraventures is seeking a leasing professional to drive commercial leasing and brand partnerships for its mall portfolio in India.

You will identify brands, negotiate leases, manage tenant mix, and coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely handovers.

This role emphasizes end-to-end lease processes, relationship management with franchisors, and proactive space pitching based on market trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard national and international retail brands across categories such as fashion, lifestyle, beauty, electronics, and F&B.
• Handle end-to-end lease negotiations, including commercials, terms & conditions, fit-out timelines, and legal documentation.
• Curate and optimize tenant mix to align with the property's brand positioning and consumer demographics.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies based on market demand, footfall trends, and competitor benchmarking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand leasing teams, franchisees, and retail consultants.
• Act as the single point of contact for branded tenants during leasing, fit-out, and operational phases.
• Understand brand expansion strategies and proactively pitch available mall spaces.
• Oversee lease documentation, negotiations, execution, and compliance in coordination with legal and finance teams.
• Track lease expiries, rent escalations, and key contractual milestones.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of lease terms, licenses, and operational handover dates.
