Amb Infraventures is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive commercial and retail leasing. The role focuses on onboarding national and international brands, negotiating terms, and curating tenant mix to match brand positioning and consumer demographics.

You will coordinate with legal and finance teams on documentation and manage lease milestones. The position requires strong relationship management with brand teams and franchisees, plus proactive pitches for mall spaces aligned with brand

• Identify, approach, and onboard national and international retail brands across categories such as fashion, lifestyle, beauty, electronics, and F&B.
• Handle end-to-end lease negotiations, including commercials, terms & conditions, fit-out timelines, and legal documentation.
• Curate and optimize the tenant mix to align with the property's brand positioning and consumer demographics.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies based on market demand, footfall trends, and competitor benchmarking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand leasing teams, franchisees, and retail consultants.
• Act as the single point of contact for branded tenants during leasing, fit-out, and operational phases.
• Understand brand expansion strategies and proactively pitch available mall spaces.
• Oversee lease documentation, negotiations, execution, and compliance in coordination with legal and finance teams.
• Track lease expiries, rent escalations, and key contractual milestones.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of lease terms, licenses, and operational handover dates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Leasing (Brands Focus)

• Identify, approach, and onboard national and international retail brands across categories such as fashion, lifestyle, beauty, electronics, and F&B.
• Handle end-to-end lease negotiations, including commercials, terms & conditions, fit-out timelines, and legal documentation.
• Curate and optimize the tenant mix to align with the property's brand positioning and consumer demographics.

2. Brand Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand leasing teams, franchisees, and retail consultants.
