Trehan Group is seeking a seasoned Retail Leasing Manager to drive market insights, leasing strategies, and client relationships for its retail properties in Uttar Pradesh. You will coordinate with Leasing Head and cross-functional teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Responsabilités

• Identify trends and assist Leasing Head in designing informed leasing strategies for retail properties.
• Lead implementation of leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets across properties.
• Develop relationships with clients and channel partners to source business.
• Prepare proposals and decks for pitching prospective clients.
• Present leasing options to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and needs.
• Conduct property tours and provide information to potential tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients and Trehan Iris.
• Handle lease paperwork and security deposits.
• Coordinate with Design and Fit-outs teams to ensure proper finishing as per design.
• Ensure up-to-date lease agreements and timely renewals.
• Follow up on delayed rents and maintain client communications.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and regular engagements.
• Address tenant inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare MIS, rent performa, and other leasing reports for Leasing Head.

About the Role:

The Retail Leasing Manager will support the retail leasing operations by conducting market research, supporting development of leasing strategies, and managing client relationships. This role involves assisting in business development, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify trends, assess competition, and support Leasing Head in designing informed leasing strategies for retail properties.
• Lead implementation of leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets, attract and retain tenants across properties
• Carry out business development activities to secure new retail leads.
• Develop relationships with clients and channel partners to source business through direct marketing and networking.
• Prepare proposals and decks for pitching prospective clients
• Present leasing options to retail clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and operational needs.
• Conduct property tours and provide information to potential tenants.
• Continuously engage with prospective clients to convert the deal.
• Assist in negotiating lease terms to ensure favorable outcomes for the client and Trehan Iris.
• Handle all paperwork, process lease agreements and handle security deposits.
• Closely coordinate with the Design and fit-outs team to ensure finishing is as per approved design and clients expectations.
• Ensure accuracy and up-to-date lease agreements.
• Follow up with clients on delayed rents etc.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure regular engagements with them.
• Address tenant complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare master sheets, MIS, rent performa, and other reports for Leasing Head and management review
• Collaborate with projects, sales, marketing, and facilities teams to align on leasing goals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in retail leasing or real estate development with a renowned developer.
• Thorough knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of real estate leasing.
• Strong networking skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in getting right images of the property, videos to be proposed to the client
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
