Job summary

Alliances and Partnerships Manager at Eshana Hr Consultants is responsible for driving partnerships with banks, NBFCs, SFBs, MFIs, HFCs and fintechs in the BFSI sector. You will onboard partners and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale growth.

You will launch Credit Life, Health, PA, Asset, MSME and Embedded Insurance lines, manage API and CRM integrations, ensure compliance, and engage CXOs to maximize revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Drive partnerships across Bank/NBFC/SFB/MFI/HFC/FinTech sectors.
• Launch Credit Life/Health/PA/Asset/MSME/Embedded Insurance products.
• Manage API/CRM, ensure regulatory compliance, and engage CXOs to drive revenue.
