Senior Associate Financial Services

Division: Relationship Management & Key Initiatives

Key responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Actively manage relationships with Large Corporates, Fintech entities including TPAPs, Cobrand Partners, Merchants (NBFC, Retail) and aligning them with NPCIs strategic objectives.
• Ecosystem Enablement: Support the Onboarding, enablement, and scaling of mapped Partners by ensuring seamless integration, operational readiness, and lifecycle support.
• Business Growth Support: Drive UPI and Rupay adoption within the mapped Partners. Identify and unlock new opportunities through market insights, collaborative projects, and innovation-driven partnerships.
• Key Initiatives: Develop and help implement payment strategies for the clients. Contribute to pilot project execution, and stakeholder alignment across the ecosystem.
• Compliance and Regulatory Support: Ensure partner adherence to applicable regulatory and operational guidelines in coordination with internal compliance teams, enabling safe and scalable fintech operations.

Skills and experience required

• Ability to drive agenda at CXO Level engagement internally as well as externally.
• Strong understanding of the Digital payments ecosystem.
• Effective stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in regulatory environments and operational compliance is a plus.
• At least Intermediate level Data visualization and for data retrieval using SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to enabling innovation and scale.
• Proficient in using AI tools like Claude, Co-pilot, ChatGPT, gamma, Canva for research & presentation.
