Job summary

Adani Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Senior Head of Business & Process Development (Water) to lead the Business Development Department. You will oversee bid management, client follow-ups, and partnerships to win water, wastewater and irrigation projects.

Responsibilities include preparing budgets, reviewing processes for water treatment decisions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and presenting opportunities to management for Go/No-Go decisions. Strong stakeholder handling is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering plus MBA/PGDBM.
• Over 25 years of relevant experience in a large or mid-sized organization.
• Experience dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Senior-level posting for internal and external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Development Department team.
• Prepare and submit RFPs, RFQs, bids, and technical/commercial proposals.
• Client follow-up for new business opportunities.
• Identify partners and JV/sub-contractor for bidding.

Business & Process Development Head (Water) Strategic Marketing.

• Leading team of Business Development Department Team.
• Review and accessing in Preparation and Submission of RFP, RFQ, Bids, Technical and Commercial Proposals.
• Client follow up for new business opportunity.
• To take-up the in opting the new Technology for doing the partnership for the bidding process.
• To review the process related aspect in taking the decision related to process related to water treatment.
• Preparation of Budget for Business Development.
• Research activates related to business development.
• Opportunity Assessment & Present to Management for initial Go –No Go Decision.
• Preparation of Pre Bid Queries and attend pre bid meeting.
• Research and build relationships with current and new clients.
• Collect & maintain all bid results in the area of water, wastewater & Irrigation.
• Set up meetings between client and decision makers of the company.
• Joint Venture/Partner/Nominated Sub Contractor identification for bidding.
• Competition tracking
• Coordination with various functions for bid preparation

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in engineering + MBA/PGDBM Experiences : More than 25 Years of relevant work experience in the similar role of a large / mid sized organization.
