Job summary

Adecco is looking for a Head Marketplace (Growth Head) for its leading D2C Health & Wellness segment in India. You will own India & Now growth, craft marketplace strategies, manage advertising campaigns with significant monthly budgets, and drive full-funnel marketing and inventory operations.

You should bring 7+ years of experience scaling e-commerce businesses, strong understanding of Seller Central & Advertising, and a proven ability to drive growth from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in scaling e-commerce businesses.
• Experience in Nutraceuticals / Health & Wellness is a plus.
• Strong hands-on expertise in marketplace operations and advertising.

Responsibilities

• Own India & Now business growth and P&L.
• Develop and execute high-impact marketplace growth strategies.
• Manage Advertising – Campaigns, keywords, product targeting, bid optimization.
• Drive DSP and full-funnel advertising and budget management.

• India & Now business growth and P&L
• Develop and execute high-impact marketplace growth strategies
• Manage Advertising – Manual/Auto Campaigns, Keyword & Product Targeting and Bid Optimization
• Manage monthly advertising budgets of ₹60–80 Lakhs
• Drive DSP and full-funnel advertising
• Own FBA, inventory planning, replenishment and fulfilment
• Drive catalogue optimization, organic rankings and new product launches
• Partner with internal teams and marketplace partners to drive growth and operational excellence

• 7+ years of experience managing and scaling businesses
• Proven track record of scaling business from ₹0 to ₹10+ Crore
• Strong hands-on expertise in Seller Central & Advertising
• Experience managing ₹60–80 Lakhs monthly advertising budgets
• Strong understanding of DSP, FBA, inventory management & marketplace operations
• Experience in Nutraceuticals / Supplements / Health & Wellness preferred
• Strong commercial, analytical and business ownership mindset
