• 3 to 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• Experience in automotive dealerships, construction equipment, commercial vehicles, manufacturing or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning and critical hiring.
• Drive performance management, KPI/KRA, compensation and incentive programs.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee HR operations including HRMS, payroll, attendance, leave and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team across branches and business units.
• Conduct branch HR audits and monitor manpower requirements.
• Partner with senior management on people strategy and organizational development.
